Initial Situation

Public transport in the Bulgarian capital currently undergoes a new structuring. The present situation is very difficult. More than 800.000 cars congest the roads. Since public transport is slowed down by this fact the interest in using it is very low.

Measures

A mixture of measures, ranging from promotion (folder&campaigns) and service offers regarding the issue of public transport, have been devised and implemented. In addition, people were asked to actively deal with their situation, for example by creative contests, e.g. special photo contests refering to public transport.
